Terms and Conditions:
- The Campaign is open to all new and existing principal PB Visa Infinite Credit Cardmembers during the Campaign Period (“Eligible Cardmembers”).
- The following person are excluded from participating in this Campaign:-
- Cardmembers whose credit card accounts have been suspended, cancelled or terminated during Campaign Period
- To participate in this Campaign, the Eligible Cardmember is required to send an SMS registration as follows:
- SMS: PBSM16-Digit PB Visa Infinite Credit Card No. to 66300
- The Eligible Cardmember is responsible to ensure that the SMS details are complete, accurate and sent during the Campaign Period. Proof of SMS sent does not constitute a confirmation of receipt by the Bank.
- The Eligible Cardmember who successfully registers for the Campaign will receive an SMS confirmation from the Bank. A standard normal Telco Operator charges apply for each SMS registration and shall be fully borne by the Eligible Cardmember.
- The Bank will not be held responsible and reserves the absolute discretion to disqualify any registration from a supplementary cardmember, duplicate entries, incomplete/ inaccurate SMS, late entries, error message, unsuccessful registration due to network failure and/ or interruption experienced by a Telco Operator or for any reason whatsoever as the Bank may in its absolute discretion deem fit.
- If the date and time of a successful SMS registration or transaction date and time captured in the Bank’s system differs or a dispute arises as to when the registration took place, the Bank’s system date and time shall prevail.
- After the successful SMS registration, the Eligible Cardmembers is required to use his PB Visa Infinite for utilities and/or telco bill payments to qualify for the 5% Cash Back.
- For the purpose of this campaign, “utilities and telco bill payments” excludes the following transactions but not limited to:
- “Flexipay” AND “Zero Interest Instalment Plan” monthly instalment payment
- Auto-Debit & Recurring Payments
- Payments via www.pbebank.com
- Any refund, disputed, unauthorized or fraudulent transaction
- For avoidance of doubt, spending made by supplementary PB Visa Infinite Credit Cardmembers will be tabulated with its principal credit cards.
- Cash Back is capped at RM38 per Eligible Cardmember per month.
- Total cash payout is capped at RM20,000 per month and is on first-come, first-served basis.
- The Cash Back payment will be credited only into the Eligible Cardmember’s principal credit card account registered under this Campaign within 2 – 4 weeks after the end of each tracking month.
- If there is any dispute or non-receipt of the Cash Back, the Eligible Cardmember is required to contact PB Card Customer Service (03-2176 8188) by 30 June 2019 at the latest to request an inquiry. No request for any inquiry will be entertained after 30 June 2019.
- The Bank’s records of the transactions will be final and conclusive.
- The Bank reserves the right to change, amend, delete or add on to these Terms and Conditions from time to time with at least twenty one (21) calendar days prior notice which notice of such change, amendment, deletion or addition shall be published on the Bank’s website www.pbebank.com.
- By participating in this Campaign, the Eligible Cardmember :
- shall be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions stated herein. The decision of the Bank shall be final, binding and conclusive. No correspondence, disputes and appeals will be entertained;
- agrees and consents that information regarding him/her can be processed, collected, used and stored by the Bank for the purpose of this Campaign;
- agrees that the decision of the Bank will be final, binding and conclusive and that no appeal, correspondence, queries or protests will be entertained; and
- agrees and consents that the Bank, as the case may be, may use his/her registered contact number for marketing purposes within the Bank.
- The Bank reserves the right to cancel, terminate or suspend the Campaign. For the avoidance of doubt, cancellation, termination or suspension by the Bank of the Campaign shall not entitle the Eligible Cardmember to any claim or compensation against the Bank for any and all loss or damage suffered or incurred by the Eligible Cardmember as a direct and indirect result of the act of cancellation, termination or suspension.
- The Bank shall not be liable, whether direct or consequential, for any loss and damage or whatsoever suffered by the Eligible Cardmember caused directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from his/her participation in the Campaign as a result of any act or omission on the part of the Bank.
- The Terms and Conditions herein are in addition to and without prejudice to the Terms and Conditions stated in the Cardmember Agreement applicable to the Eligible Cardmember’s Card Account. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and the said Agreement, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail in so far as they apply to the “5% Cash Back on Utilities and Telco Bill Payments” Campaign.
- In the event of a conflict, discrepancy or variance in the terms and conditions in the English Language version and Bahasa Malaysia version, the terms and conditions of the English Language version shall prevail.
