Featuring Modern BBQ dishes, designed by Keith Choong from Hit & Mrs, this menu is about contemporising global cuisine cooked over the age-old technique of charcoal fire. Be it a Korean spin on charred short rib with homemade kimchi or a Japanese-influenced grilled hamachi jaw with lychee salad, their aim is to try new flavours and bring adventure back into the dining room.
